Georesource Solutions Tanzania — CSV Correlation Analyzer

Welcome to the CSV Correlation Analyzer! This tool allows you to upload one or more CSV files, analyze correlations across datasets, visualize heatmaps, scatter plots, composite indices, and map your data points effectively. Follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1: Upload CSV Files

Select one or more CSV files from your computer. Ensure that your time-series data includes a "Year" or "Date" column to enable automatic alignment across datasets.

Automatically aligns time-series by a Year/Date column — scatter allows cross-file columns using filename::column.

Step 2: Preview Data

Review your CSV contents here. Large tables are scrollable for convenience.

Step 3: Correlation Matrix

Displays the correlation coefficients between selected columns. Scrollable if the table is large.

Step 4: Correlation Heatmap

Visualize correlation strengths using a heatmap. Colors indicate magnitude and direction of correlation.

Step 5: Scatter Plot Analysis

Select X and Y columns to visualize scatter plots. Includes regression line and R². Supports year-alignment if "Year" column exists.

Year-aligned if a Year column exists.

Step 6: Composite Indicator

Automatically combines Climate, Harvest, and Population metrics into a normalized composite index using z-scores. Aligned by Year.

Auto-detects key columns and computes a z-score normalized composite aligned by Year.

Step 7: Map Visualization

Plot CSV points on an interactive Leaflet map. Ideal for spatial analysis of your datasets.

Step 8: Export & Customize Options

Save your analysis results or adjust visualization settings to your preference.
